Update 7-5-2021 - still cannot save exercise schedule changes. Get an error message every time. I also do not see the "exercise now" button you mention. Enlighten me Update: Most areas functional. I did see that ML is aware that you cannot save an exercise rescheduling. Update: Something got fixed. App works fine now. All sections are functional as of 4:45 PM USA ET As others have reported, the 4/13 update crashes on launch. Tried clearing cache and data - no help. Re-install no help either.

The mobile app with the generac standby generator gives you the ability to see the status of your unit from anywhere and anytime. Whether your unit is running due to a power outage or performing a test exercise, you have that info at your fingertips.

the app is great and mobile link telephone support is phenomenal! I spoke with Brittany who helped me configure the wifi and connect to my home router. she really knows her stuff. I only wish there was remote ability to start the genny and manually transfer power but that would be a new feature.

my wife and I talked about adding a Generac for years and finally doing it. we love our generac and just having the peace of mind about having power. I worked for 43 years with Ga Power working directly with the power grid and knowing the issues going on now with the grid and the instability of the grid made our decision much easier.

Updating the exercise time is not working. Otherwise great app. Edit 6/11/21: Added tank utility unit to dashboard. At a minimum the time of reading is four hours later than it should be. Windows app is correct. Not sure if it's updating the tank readings. Rocky start. Will update. Edit 6/14/21: It is indeed updating the tank readings, but it takes some hours. Android mobile app time is still 4 hours off.Edit 6/18/21: Exercise time update worked on Android and Windows apps. That's a plus.

It worked prior to 04/12. Now it just crashes when you try to open it. A little quality control would be nice for the monthly fee we pay. Edit 06/15/21 - app appears to be improving
