This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Global Excel Mobile Services on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

Global Excel now provides 24-hour secure claim access. Designed to provide policyholders with real-time claim information, you can also notify us of a claim, update your personal information and send us a question.
In order to access your claim information, you must first register by providing the following information:
- Your e-mail address (the same address you provided during claim opening)
- Your date of birth
- Phone number
