Find another tracker. The app will keep logging you out when you need it, then when you log back it in you will get an error telling you your information is wrong, so then you will use the forgot password and it still wont work... Day or 2 later it magically works. Also you can't track with a computer... Only phone app when it wants to work.

This tracker is amazing! I'm using it to track my expensive bike as it travels with me . It definitely gives peace of mind knowing where it is. Sometimes I even get Bluetooth connection while I'm on the plane! I won't travel without it!

Very AWESOME TRACKER. They are constantly improving and adding new features. So far it gives you directions, has a refresh button and also can change the uses on the battery. Overall great product and app so far always making an improvement.☺

Great luggage tracker. Works well. Used on a trip to Florida and was great. Knew where the luggage was at all times. I have tried other trackers which have not worked well but this app is great and works.

When it works, it is good. But it routinely refuses to accept a valid password creating unnecessary hassle. Despite developer's response, the issue isn't fixed.

A very happy user. I am thinking of buying a second one. Not sure when. Updated 15/08/2019: Bought 2 more. To get the 5th 🌟, it would be good to have more solid colour options for the skin, such as royal blue, green, yellow and orange.
