I really can't understand why the app keeps crashing and the gimbal even with 100% battery doesn't work more than 3 seconds. Motors of the gimbal are very week and it's frustrating to use, i brought it from best buy and exchange it with a new gimbal again but it keeps not working longer than 3 seconds. I will return it.

The gimbal is nice and seems to be built well but the software is lacking many features such as wide angle and ficheye to just name a couple and i camt seem to use other camera aps with the gimbal to take advantage of the full capability of my camera.

Dont bother, app keeps crashing, wont open front camera, can't open instructions book, cant take more them a 5 min video without it crashing, and no one gets back to help.

software issue, app kept crashing.. installed it in my S6 Edge for vlogging and I also bought the gimbal and Firmware can't be upgraded. So I tried it in my S9+ still the same thing.
