The app has a few glitches with signing in, having an account, and not being able to get to the influencer login because the app can't detect past purchases. And even when I try to sign in, it says past purchases are needed to sign in. I've had an influencer code before the app updated, I don't know why I can't get to it anymore.

Bad customer service no refunds or exchanges even when they have lost your package and you never received it. Their resolution is placing blame on the shipping company and telling the customer to go fight for their refund with them. Horrible experience and shipping is $10 for 2-12 business days and $20 if expedited and no guarantee you'll still get your products.. beware of this company
