I. Know your rider as much as you can, treat them nicely and courteously.
II. Have your Emergency Contacts filled out when you register, in case of emergency.
III. Confirm your rider, place a call to the rider if necessary, to confirm.
IV. Report any suspicious behaviour to Gava Cab or call the Security hotline in your city.
V. Relax and go for the ride, get the riders to their destination safe sound and quick.
