I use Next Launcher Pro and its superb quality. Also to the noobs who dont read the description, it does say Apex but its also says "Pro", so obviously get pro and it'll work for you. LG Optimus L9 Rooted

I was trying to find a new theme for my phone. This theme looks amazing. Sally, it didn't launch. It repeatedly crashed for me.

Doesn't even show up in the theme list. If you are using apex launcher find another theme unless we can get developers to fix it to do what they claim!

As stated by many others this didn't work with Apex launcher. Will love to give it a try but have to till developer responds and fixes it.
