Main purpose is to buy tickets, yet payment failure "Code: Unknown" for 2 VISA cards and 1 AMEX. Doesn't use Google Pay API, forcing you to type in all details when this is a solved problem. Do you really need my postal code twice? At the end of the day, had to buy the tickets at the machine at the terminal, which provides no discount, but works with the same credit card. Thanks for nothing, I guess.

Very strange that it is so difficult to display your purchased ticket within the app, not user friendly at all. Downloading the pdf was slow and clumsy. Downloading into a 'pass' app that the app selected was equally slow and clumsy and as an added bonus, that third party app was full of ads. Some work to do here - not as slick as I would expect from a UK business, a third world country maybe. Why would I need to go outside of the app to see train times???

A catastrophically bad app. Worse than useless. Consistently says payment failed, while still taking the multiple payments from my bank card. And then sends random amount of tickets to my email address that have to have another app to even show. How can they even issue this service/app in this state?

This app provides exactly the same possibilities as the website, nothing more. You can select trains and my tickets, but it is not possible to *store* these tickets inside the application once you have bought them. Also, download on my Android 9 Phone failed both for the e-ticket and the PDF.

really lousy unhelpful app. not at all intuitive, links unstsble, no ability to go back, doesnt recognise my address, have to resubmit info multiple times. would never use if not necessary. use browser rather than this piece of junk.

Pretty useless since you can't actually complete the task. You pick return 'less than a month' and it provides you with return same day results only. End up needing to go to the website.
