Honestly this is a great app but, way back when Cut In Manager first started. I used this app for Cut In Manager except the app was a fully customizable cut in manager application. You could put any picture you wanted to be displayed, and for how long, along with its orentation and occupency. And you could change the font, color, and you can make the text say what ever you could type... But I was not able to find this amazing app on the play store sadly. Although I remain hopeful I will find it one day... Its to bad that I cant find it, because that is what made Cut-In Manager so fun and cool and most importantly customizable...

after update of android 9...i cant use the notifier apps function...it suddenly crash when press that function
