This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing GARDENA Bluetooth® App on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

The app is great for keeping your mower in controll. But there is a bug which doesn't let you enable Spot cutting, even though your device is on the latest version. Please fix and I will update my review to 5 stars.

Disaster. Cannot find the mower (Sileno City 250), no matter how many times restarted. "Please refer to user manual for instructions how to restart your model" - nope, nothing in manual, but On/Off button seems to be sufficient. Sadly, it does not enable Bluetooth. No options in Settings or Installation menus. What a disaster ...

first we can only program the watering for maximum 3 days, and second only one phone can control the watering. these 2 points should really be improved. thanks

Gardena App / Sileno minimo 500 Mähroboter Die App ist vielleicht ok, das lässt sich allerdings nur schwer beurteilen, weil das Gesamtsystem einfach eine Katastrophe ist. Die Gebrauchsanweisung ist unstrukturiert, widersprüchlich und falsch. Wichtige Informationen sind nicht enthalten. Jemand schrieb "funktioniert out-of-the-box". NIEMALS! Das Herstellen der Verbindung via Bluetooth/Handy streng nach Anleitung ist nicht möglich, man MUSS entgegen der Beschreibung ein Konto eröffnen! Antwort vom Support: "Vielen Dank, dass Sie uns auf den Fehler aufmerksam gemacht haben, wir werden die Beschreibung anpassen!". Nach stundenlangem Probieren irgendwann zufällig eine Variante gefunden, die zumindest die Verbindung zwischen Mäher und Handy hergestellt hat. Nächstes Debakel: "Sicherheits-PIN". In der gesamten Dokumentation (das sind immerhin das Büchlein und ein paar weitere Papiere) stand NICHTS über eine Sicherheits-PIN. Werks-PIN und selbst gewählte PIN funktionieren nicht. Insgesamt stecken nun ca. 6 Stunden Zeit im bloßen Versuch, eine ordentliche Verbindung herzustellen, und sie ist immer noch nicht zustande gekommen. Ich habe keine Worte für ein solch stümperhaftes Begleitinstrumentarium bei einem so teuren Produkt (was übrigens fast nur aus Plastik zu bestehen scheint und eher 200,- als 700,- Euro kosten sollte). Gardena: shame on you!
