The App let me book an appointment for a Sunday, then after waiting outside the salon for 15 minutes I was told my appointment didn't exist. I will never use Toni & Guy again after having my morning wasted. Very disappointed.

Just a gimmick. No area showing my appointments, not able to change appointments or see existing. Not able to log in to see previous bookings. Would be better it they replaced one square with my bookings or similar

Smooth simple interface, can book in under 30 seconds! Would like a meet the team section on app as well as website! Perhaps social media links also!
