Not logging in even after reset. It's connected to the internet. Tried the qe code and LAN. It's detected but when I log in it doesn't connect. I tried reseting, still no good. Please help

Will not connect and view unless i am in the same network. A load of rubbish and the app was last updated in 2015!!!

Used to work ..but not anymore. Loads video fine until you try to review remotely.

Had loads of problems with this app that they told me to use iGoodCam and they just connected via wifi without the need to use ethernet leads to set up by broadband. Seems to have done the trick but it's early days

Currently same issue with email config broken! Guess try full reset but is there another way. Generally good for cost.

With Android Nougat the alarm on screen and email no longer works with his product. Please fix, it's useless without the alarms. Email contact doesn't exist.
