It has not been updated for some time. I have a feeling they are no longer allowing non Futureway trackers to use the app. My one tracker is exactly the same but doesn’t have the Futureway logo on it. It did work with the app for 2 years until March then is just showing as not able to log on to the app. My genuine Futureway tracker is fine and allows me to log on. I did originally have to get Futureway to out the second tracker on as I couldn’t put more than one on it. A great tracker, a great app. But really does need updating and allowing similar trackers to use it too. The set up is very complicated as you have to send 5 messages re: the sim apn to the tracker for it to work.

It has so many mistakes, the location is not accurated and not real, they do not have customer service to ask or fix. I had it for 30 days any of them, the app could not work properly.

It was working for a little while, then the app stopped working, they don't even have a customer service who can help you. I bought a gps for my pet. This app and the gps product is a fraud.

Suddenly stopped working after last Android update. Not reply to emails asking for help, seems we'll have to buy a new tracker after only a few months use... Not good
