App works well and GPS tracking is proving really useful for reassurance on my elderly parent's whereabouts. I am finding it tricky to change settings on the watch that it works with, however. Does anyone know how to reduce the sensitivity for SOS alert (fall detection) and turn off the SOS button alert? My Dad holds the button too long when switching on the watch display and it is sending an alert each time for that too. I sometimes get several SOS alerts from the app a minute! I wouldn't want to ignore an actual fall because of this. Thanks in advance for any help offered :)

Unacceptable. Poor services if there is any provide at all. The services expired try contact them no reply. Time cant be set correctly even putting correct time zone. Nth was mention before about the service will expire. If know wont buy this at all. Still waiting reply since last nov on facebook.

Used to work before. Still can receive and make calls but app functionality, GPS, username, code ALL GONE! Just a small wristband phone now working for some hours only. Battery already failed.

Hello. After one year of use, with very poor location performance, when starting the app it appears a message saying that the service has expired and contact with my dealer in time. That was what I did 2 months ago without any answer by your side. Now the app and the GPS watch is unusable, only for calls. It is unacceptable this fault of support resulting in a very poor quality service. I need a soon response about this issue. Thank you.

App wrote that my device is expired and now is offline, can't use GPS location. What's the reason, what's mean expired??

This app came with my kids smartwatch. It works but needs some finishing. At first I was thinking to change the watch and get another one that uses a different app, but then not all apps had the voice monitoring feature, which is the coolest feature on this app. Do not disturb function sucks, you can set up to four, which is good but then there is no way to delete them. You will have to change the times so that they won't interfere during the day. Whitelist doesn't exist on the app, but there are many sites on the Internet where one can find the sms commands to send them over to the watch and bypassing the app. Like for example Whitelist, gps update times. Won't give it 5 star though as it looks like unfinished app, but it does do the job
