Terrible app that won't connect to the u lock. The fact that the app doesn't even recognize that I'm trying to connect a u lock is very telling about the level of app support. Support on the company's website is also nonexistent. Troubleshooting doesn't include help with actually unlocking the device. Would never buy another product from this company.

Configuration was a nightmare, tried for 30 minutes, eventually succeeded. After that it works as advertised. BTW, if you are running a Corona tracking app, it may conflict with this app. I need to kill the Corona app before I can unlock my Noke.

Complete Garbage! I got the u- lock from the Kickstarter campaign. I just installed the app to set it up and it just stops at "saving settings to cloud". Tried 3 times, wait 15 minutes, nothing happens. What a complete waste of money. I would give it zero stars! so dissatisfied with this garbage after waiting over a year for the lock.

Nothing works with this app. Can't update firmware, app gets stuck at any "saving" screen, therefore won't save anything to lock or cloud properly. 1-step & 2-step unlocking doesn't work. Lock opens upon 2 presses of the shackle because my settings wont save. Has potential if they would just fix the app. Had my lock since original Kickstarter and just don't trust it to do anything as intended.

This Noke U-lock is complete garbage. The app is buggy and works 1 in 20 attempts for unlocking via bluetooth. The press combination works 1 in 10 attempts. There is no theft alarm or notification via app. Only comes in one color, black, which turns to rust within 2 weeks of leaving it outdoors. I couldn't remove the Noke U-lock from my bike by any means and had to leave my bike on a street corner overnight in Washington DC. Came back to cut it off the next day and my seat was stolen.

The overall experience with the noke u-lock is bad. Bad. Bad. Bad. Slow and very laggy. When the app connects, and the lock responds it works as intended but this happens 5% if the time if that. Other times the app doesn't connect, or if it does, the lock doesn't unlock. Can't trust this lock or app to work.
