This app is absolutely useless and even worse than Nikon's app. I did not think that was possible. The band of idiots at camera companies still do not get the fact that in today's age connectivity is everything to people. This is true for every camera manufacturer. My point being is that if you cannot get a camera to connect to a phone 3 feet away you are all indeed stupid. I would fire the entire team of developers, and myself as well, if I were responsible for this kind of utter garbage.

Edit: Still shockingly useless. Unable to install furmware updates too. Fuji clearly doesn't care that this isn't working for their customers. Look at all those one star reviews!! Review: No point if it simply does not work. It wont pair on any of my devices. Utterly useless and as a person who wants to use the computer as little as possible, a real disappointment for such a class camera and an expensive camera. Shockingly poor.

Revisited this a year after my last 1 start review, and it's still a flaming dumpster fire of an app. This has proven itself to be the most reliably unreliable app, and is anything but usable. I can not connect to my X100V or X-T3 to transfer photos or use live view shooting under any circumstance. On very rare occasions, I can connect to my X-t3 and use the wireless remote function. Come on Fujifilm, even your competitors have better apps...

This is a glitchy, problematic app. I was able to update my firmware but it otherwise can't maintain any sort of Wi-Fi connection for image transfer. No error messages. The network just disconnects. The FAQs and instructions are poor. I just switched to Fuji and I'm sorely disappointed coming from a Panasonic app that was not the prettiest but always reliable over multiple different bodies I owned. Hate that my workflow already is interrupted after paying this much for a Fuji camera.

This app is simply appalling; unreliable, ineffective and completely at odds with the the generally well regarded design of recent Fuji cameras. No doubt, in some rare cases, certain combinations of mobile device/OS version and position of the moon etc. will result in success. Sadly, it is clear that the vast majority of users are not so fortunate. Frankly, it is bad enough that Fuji has decided to limit tethering on its x-t00 models. This is then made so much worse by providing a useless app.

Dear Fuji, Your cameras and lenses are superb but maybe its time to give this app to another company to develop it. It is not fit for purpose. Have a look at your friends at Sony and see how a camera app should work. This app is an abomination of unreliability, instability, and a disgrace for a company of your reputation. People do yourself a favour and plug a USB C to USB C Cable from camera to phone and have your images downloaded in seconds, life is too short to be messing with this app.
