The problem with this app is theres no way to let the supervisor know of bad drivers. Theres a few bad drivers that (for example) try to trick you by clicking the highest percent tip and get you to sign off on a $10 tip. Some also will click they're otw on the app and then arrive almost 2 hours later. Overall the app is fine but they need to implement a way to critique their drivers and get ride of bad ones. Also they need to update their prices of the food. Look up menus online and you'll see you're overpaying the price of an item.

took an hour and a half for food 6 miles away and it was cold when i got it and was charged for almost double the cost of the meal never using this again

Used this app for 4 months...one day I had a rude driver who didn't bring the whole order (The receipt even said I paid for the missing item) The driver showed up barely said anything to me, snatched his phone out of my hands directly after I signed it(couldn't even hit the confirmation button) and left before I saw an item was missing! My boyfriend eventually got us a refund for the item. It would be helpful if you could report stuff like this on the app, instead we had to find the Facebook page

The drivers are slow and take forever to get your food

ordered food took 5 hours and then i check the app and say its been delivered and not have received my food.

Everytime i order it takes 2 hours or more to get it and then i pay twice the Normal price for anything and food is cold once i finally get it
