I have yet to successfully request a refill on this app. It requires a password. If you can't remember your password, there's a prompt to change your password. The problem is you need to know your current password in order to put in a new one. I went online on my laptop to see if there was another way to do it or someone to contact for assistance. There's no way to contact anyone through the app or online. When I click on view all prescriptions or view refillable prescriptions, it just asks for a prescription number and the infamous forgotten password. The screenshots in the Play Store show that it should be listing all of my prescriptions. It doesn't. This app has potential, but it needs much more work to be useful.

Installed to get prescription refilled, and typed in the correct Pharmacy code, and it keeps saying error. Not convenient, frustrating, and poorly made. Unimpressed and uninstalled.

It worked great until 2 months ago and now it won't connect to my pharmacy. Gotta do things the old fashioned way now.

Keeps kicking me off and for the past month says only "can not connect to pharmacy" Would choose no stars but of course it dont allow less then one star.
