This is app is very buggy and crashes most of the time. It does not retain any information and crashes often when one logs in. It takes sometimes 5 minutes and many tries to get it to work! I hate it, but have not choice, and have to use this terrible app.

I sure love working at a place where I have to live in constant fear of getting my car towed. Good thing they have black on grey parking app!

Requires far too much interaction for such a simple thing as parking. Every time I come in, in the morning, the app has gone insane. It doesn't remember who I am, but doesn't have the wherewithal to figure that out, so lets me try to park. It then prompts me for all my information. If I first log out, and then log back in again, I can then choose a spot without re-entering my permit number. So, in the morning, to simply park at work, I must 1: start the app 2: log out 3: log in 4: click my history and choose a number, or 4: enter a 4/5 digit sequence for the parking spot 5: click next - shows me a map of where I am (in case I've gone senile). 6: click next 7: click apply This is entirely too many steps for such a simple thing. What I would like to do instead is: 1: start the app 2: click my history and choose a number, or 2: enter a 4/5 digit sequence for the parking spot 3: click apply. Fix the bugs and reduce the complexity, and the star count will go up. Not that it matters, as our building has already paid for this shoddy parking system.

Doesn't even save my permit number so I have to enter it every time. Crashes all the time
