App worked well until recent update. Now widget fails to display data. Very disappointed as it is an invaluable guide in the area I live.

It worked for 2 days, and then it stopped working at all. It stopped updating the status of my purifier, and stopped responding to input. It Ive tried reinstalling it and it stays the same. Really disappointed that philips recommend their app, when the philips hue app is actually good Edit: also, as of right now it just says my purifier is offline, while the purifier says it's connected.

I am disappointed by lack of automation. Iftt or similar is must. I want setup app to start purifier depending on external environment automatically. It is fully manual experience through phone... Still not even after 2 years integration with smart assistants. Switching to xiaomi. Cheaper, good and integrated.

App had to be deleted and reinstalled EVERY time my Philips purifier was powered down for any reason, but now it's gone one better, and won't reconnect at all. It keeps telling me to go on PHILIPS SETUP in the WiFi settings, but there is no such thing. Now can't control the purifier from bed anymore - have to go to it and switch it manually. For a £400 piece of kit, this is pathetic!

Air matters is actually an advertisement app for Philips. While the data and recommendations are correct, the subtle pre placement of messages like "air purifier : necessary" is what the advertisement is about. You can also see Philips in the connect section. I did not realise this until I actually purchased a Philips purifier and connected it to the air matter and clean home app of philips. Interface and GUI were a copy even though air matters does not show Philips anywhere in playstore.

It won't stay connected longer than about 4 hours on average. Then must be uninstalled and set up all over again. Not what I expected from Phillips.
