Run away, they'll take your money and tell you nothing when they don't deliver. I had an order paid for and scheduled to deliver. Some internal fraud alert canceled the order - they claim - but they did nothing to inform me and the charge is still on my account. I had to contact Customer Service 4 times before someone would at least acknowledge and explain their issue for the missing order. My account is now locked, my groceries never appeared. Atrocious. There are better services. Use them.

A buggy mess. Where to begin? This app is a buggy mess! It constantly crashes and I'm constantly logged out, and I can't use my fingerprint to quickly login. Google integration is so slow. Secondly, I've updated my profile a bunch of times and I log back in and everything is right back to erroneous data that was replaced. Thirdly, there's no way to quickly track your order. Upon login I should be able to see the status of my order. I shouldn't have to dig for it!

painfully, horribly slow, to the point where it really affects my buying behavior in a way that is negative for the company. with Amazon as an example, the app is so quick that whenever I think of something I want, I added to my card or I buy it. with fresh direct, even opening the app on a modern cell phone takes 10 seconds and checking out of the fresh direct card or adding something to an existing order is a real occasion, resulting in me buying a lot less than I would like to.

Not functional most of the time every other update it seems that they fix the app somewhat and with the next they break it again the delete button does not work for removing items that aren't available so I can't go through with my order. I installed the app on my iPhone and it works just fine. Android needs the same energy you have for iOS fresh direct

Nice idea but the fact that I had to go back online to order, because this app won't let you add your phone number at checkout is almost bad for business because you can't checkout unless you do this. I almost went with another company entirely. Also, the hold that they put on your card looks like they charge twice. I'm not comfortable with that. I called to inquire but I'm still lacking trust now. Uninstalling.

This app can be very frustrating. It adds extra items to orders so I have to be very vigilant when I pick an item that it doesn't add 3 or 4 extra items to my cart when I only wanted one. It never remembers my account or address. Makes me lose my ordering window because of login glitches or deleted cart items that I end up rushing to whole foods to stand in line and ponder my hunger and existence.. I know, first world problems! I want to order my Steaks and eat them too! darn it!
