Tour was cancelled!!! We signed up for a tour, received an email confirmation, showed up as instructed and it was cancelled. They never sent us a message or anything. The information is the same as the website but only runs slower with the app. The search feature hardly brings up any useful results and it does not do a good job sorting out regions. I think they also promote their own yours and give them fake "certified" or "best" logos which are complete nonsense. We

The app asked for an update. When I pressed "update" it said there's no internet connection. I "tried again" for several times, same message. Everything was fine with both wifi and mobile data. Uninstalled.

The application is buggy! When I click on a tour it opens not that your but the one I viewed most recently. I don't know how such stupid and obvious bugs find their way to become public.

App crashes when I click on any specific tour (on Kiev). All the reps ask for a review as it helps build the companies, but how can you if the all doesn't even serve its purpose!
