This app is quite nice and the service they provide has been quite amazing! Always quick, and my order have all been correct so far, more than I can say about GrabFood... Though to make it from nice to perfect, there are a few important tweaks that are absolutely necessary: 1. Allow Credit/Debit Card payments. More payment options is always important, add card payments for now then you guys can move on to e-wallets. Well limit reached, that's it I guess

1. Apps slow. Keep reload when press back. 2. Many restaurant slow to make although still in operation time. 3. We dont know location rider, in pick up or sometimes rider dont pick up, status not change. 4. Slow delivery, had many cases. 5. Filtering not function properly, should mark closed shop instead showing like restaurant is open. Please improve, then we will change feeeback and rating.

The app is good. But the loading time when opening it or loading the homescreen menus is a bit frustrating. Developer need to get rid of it. See Foodpanda or GrabFood for example. There must be a way to improve the loading time. Also, for enhancement, you can add rider information such as location. Thanks.

The app is good, very straight forward. Also i think many users faced several issues such as cant set delivery time or cant detect your home address might beacause they dont deliver to your area or there arent any rider available at that certain moment. But so far im having a great experience with the app. Keep up the good workππ

The app is just too hard to use. Without the gps. I can't even set my own address. Selecting the date doesn't let me select the time for delivery. Sorry, I will just put my effort into other food delivery app.
