Excellent solution to help when decluttering. A good way for unused, pre-owned items to gain renewed appreciation by people who want them. However, the lack of technical support when there are issues with the app is a major turn off.

i regularly freecycle things through other channels but this app makes it so difficult. The chat function crashes and hangs constantly and makes it frustrating to contact people you're trying to link up with.
