Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Tufts Health Freedom Plan on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. Will not work at all again. Had same issue back a few months ago. When I open the app I get an error then when I try to sign in I get an error. I have tried uninstalling, clearing cache and reinstalling 2 times already. Very disappointed.

getting same error message that others are reporting here. I sent a message through website asking if it was a known error and customer service said they had no other reports of the app malfunctioning. That is clearly not true based on these reviews.

I am getting the same error, saying please try again later. It is really too bad that this app doesn't work because the description sounds very promising.

I don't even have the opportunity to log in as an error pops up saying error. I've uninstalled and reinstalled this app several times.

Welcome to the Tufts Health Freedom Plan member mobile app. Once you complete the initial registration on your phone, you’ll have access to the following functionality:
1. View Claims: This includes claims summary information, individual claim details and your cost-share, if applicable.
2. View Plan Limits and Accumulations: This includes your specific benefit plan limits, such as deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums.
3. View Cost and Benefits: This includes details specific to your plan and detailed benefit types, such as routine medical services (e.g. immunizations or primary care) and pharmacy.
4. View Referrals: if your plan requires referrals, you can view them along with any limits.
5. ID Card: View, email or fax your Member ID card.
6. Provider Search: Search for and compare providers and services to find one that meets your needs.
7. Treatment Cost Estimator: Get out-of-pocket cost estimates for procedures based on your health benefits and claims.
