I used to love the app. Now it won't load. I uninstalled and reinstalled it twice. I sat and let it load for about 7 minutes and it still won't open. It just stays on a grey screen with a blue loading symbol. That is really inconvenient when the pharmacy doesn't have your perscription and have to order it but you dont know until you get to the pharmacy because the app won't load.

Application is pitiful when it comes to refilling meds.....timeout session expires after you quick fill one medication......have to continually log back in because of this......much easier to call the pharmacy yourself......cant get digital coupons off the app to use it in the store......if I didnt need it, I would delete it.....was much easier to use when I first installed it.....

would love to give better feedback but the app wont work. my local store has tried to contact the people in charge no luck and I have tried several times myself. they cant tell me why it isn't working and no idea when it will work agin. all I get is a grey loading screen. so once it's fixed il be happy to update my stat.

After updating to Android 9 pie the Fred's app quite working. Contacted developer. Was no help. I used the app weekly before update. The only issue then was swiping the coupons was difficult. Wish they would fix and I might download it again.

My mom needs this app, and the GPS is all screwed up, you can't even make an account, I put in our address, and it registers in a state no where near us, and there is no way to correct it... PLEASE FIX THIS!!!

Keeps logging me out every 2 min. Cant access anything without being logged out. half the time when I refill on the ap the pharmacy dont even recieve the refill alert. App is extremely slow and very glitchy. About to switch back to the Walgreens pharmacy and app.
