Worked great when I first installed but now keeps telling there's a problem logging in. I know my user name and password word are correct because I can log in on my tablet. Sorry Fred, it needs looking at, please.

Appears good on the face of it and has some useful features, but some of the content isn't shown unless you log onto the on ship wifi which appears to only be available if you pay. So should this app not make it clear that in app purchases may be required to use it fully. So in the end turned out not be too very useful. In fact felt like a bit on a con.

The Android version does not update ocean points unless you uninstall then reinstall. Also says welcome home over a week after getting home and does not automatically switch to countdown for next cruise. App did not work on ship although sign-in had been done that morning. App signs you out every 2 or 3 days so you need WiFi to get back in.

It started ok with all the information but then froze and was unable to access full information. Tbe app is far too erratic to be useful. Sometimes the deck plans show the cabins sometimes it freezes and then works and freezes again. This is not good. Back to the drawing board Fred Olson.

Will probably give higher rating when logging in issue is resolved. Cannot login to app with Facebook or Google credentials (that I use) on the Fred website.

just what we need for our upcoming cruise. Maps not loading so only 4 stars. Will see how it works fully hopefully when we are cruising.
