Initially app worked. I was able to login and access my account. Started having issues prior to Christmas. App opens to login page and then doesn't react to allow login. I have deleted and reinstalled repeatedly with no success. Have contacted company with concerns unable to be resolved. It seems that I'm not the only one to experience this issue. Finally some success. App working and able to login and use/check account. When it's going it works well.

App works ok and cup is great, I'm very sick of having to log in every week or two when I want to check my balance. If I use it again the next day, it remembers me and gives me the balance. If I wait over a week, I have to log in again.

Very user friendly app. Would love to be able to personalise the colour of the Frank green cup image which is permanently in merlot colour way. Also would love to have multiple accounts active at same time in app without having to log in and out every time.

The cup and app work as described but the fees to load money on is extraordinary. Every $10 you take 30c. Higway robbery. Cup is fine but payment feature is obsolete with such high fees

You need to update the calendar in the Android App. I could not find a way to select a year by a drop down arrow. Needed to go month by month back 6 decades. This is tiresome.

Its a very cool idea but when i pay it says my pin is incorrect despite never having one in the first place. Might take some work to fix
