I'd give zero stars if I could. The app shows I have no tenancies, which is wrong (the website has correct info.). Reported the problem and haven't even had an acknowledgement. Just awful.

I had and still have bad experience with foxtons in letting section they don't look after of customer or to see weather is everything is going well with flat or does landlord do thing goes wrong to be fixed or not ,if anybody wants to know believe me they do not look after tenant or landlord as long as they get the money that all they want and they make stupid excuses to answer or avoid what they should do..
