The app needs to buffer during every commercial break. Sometimes not coming back on at all after buffering. When it does come back, I've missed about 10 minutes of whatever I was watching. This needs to be fixed. The only reason Bally has been able to have such a terrible app for the last two months is because no one else let's you stream live sports in your region without blackouts. Do better Bally.

Cast to TV does not work. The TV attempts to connect but the app is not allowing it. You have to watch 2 unskippable commercials before you can even begin watching your game. This is absolutely ridiculous. We never had any issues with the Fox Sports app and now have had nothing but problems with this one. Fix it. You literally have the monopoly on our sports. Don't take this away from us! Edit: NOW THE GAMES WON'T EVEN LOAD ON MY PHONE. I can't stream anything. Will someone fix this thing???

I've never left a bad review for an app however, this is the WORST app I have ever had!! Most of the time I can't watch my own teams play, and IF by some chance I can watch, the app crashes or hangs up usually on commercials. Sometimes the game will continue, sometimes the screen stays frozen. Unfortunately there is no substitute for the app. I would not recommend this to anyone! 😡

Absolutely horrible user experience! The app too frequently requires revalidation. It frequently freezes and needs to be restarted. It's a poor interface that doesn't allow anything more than simple +/-10 seconds...no real fast forward or rewind to find key game moments, no real go live button, etc. It often doesn't work and antiquated even when it does work. Unfortunately, it's the only app I can use to view desired games otherwise I'd find another option.

Horrible app with an insane amount of ads... considering we pay for it. App will crash and then you gotta restart what you're watching and you have to watch ads all over again. Ads that are twice as loud as what you're watching. I get the ads during commercial breaks but why hit us with then everytime we try to watch something. It's been absolute trash ever since the rebrand. Also, the layout is horrible. List the programs by channel like a normal guide like every other streaming app offers.

Needs work. Layout isn't intuitive but not the end of the world. This is the only app that I have buffering issues streaming live sports and casting to Chromecast. I would say the stream cuts out around three times every 60 seconds or so for about 3 to 5 seconds, and it drives me nuts. I even went as far as looking through the settings and the 'help' page to see if I could lower the playback quality so that I would at least have seamless audio. The option to do so is not available.
