I've registered myself thousand times, everytime that i try to go in i just receive "UNAUTHORIZED", and i have to reset the password again. Once that is done i just can see the search bar and nothing else, therefore i cant see all the products that you offer. The web site is not even better it ask permanently for a token which i don't know how to get it and neither i can't see anything just the invitation to install the phone application. You have a lot of things that i am interested for but to buy them online with you have become in a nightmare. Can you tell me how i can buy with you online without all this problems?

The app is extremely annoying to use, it suddenly goes back to the top list in the middle of checking the items. Searching for something is complicated. It only allows to type one letter after another when searching. It'll also be better if the Delivery charge will be paid the same time as paying for the orders (when using card). I even ALWAYS get a call that they DON'T have "this" and "that". Contact number(s) should also be provided. Overall, their service is TERRIBLE.

The search bar keeps refreshing every single time I type a single letter! If you try to scroll through to see products they sell, after awhile it refreshes and brings you back to the top! I closed the app and now I have to log in again but instead of logging me in it says "Unauthorized". Please fix this app and make it better. I'm disappointed.

App needs lots of improvements in UI design and functionality. Searching a product is a pain and this should be fix on priority.

Useless app, just as costumer service is. No products, no prices can be viewed until register, meaning that they want your personal details in order to give you the price list. Uninstall as unreliable and useless.

App is fine but we ordered through this app and was asked for add'l delivery fee saying drivers are picky due to covid crisis. The lady said to give the money (cash) to the driver. We told them that if they have changes in fees they should reflect it in their app but they further reasoned it's hassle to update so they just call cust. I think it was total fraud so we cancelled our order. An hour after, they said they were just mistaken with our address so they will proceed to deliver our orders.
