Can not even Book an appointment in App, very disappointed.. I wasted 30 min of my life trying to book an appointment

This is a fraud app. I schedule an appointment with Dr Chaitanya at 6:30 pm on 15th june. Logged in to the aap at 6:15 and wait for the doc to join. Nobody joined till 6:31 pm and after some time it automatically shows invalud session. Without consultation they charged me Rs 700. When i called the customer care they put me on hold for 30 mins and nobody answered.
