The Forklift University Operator Licensing App is designed to provide company trainers with the ability to produce professional digital and hard plastic operator licenses for Powered Industrial Trucks or Mobile Elevating Work Platforms, as part of our Train the Trainer Programs.

Issuing professional operator licenses in both digital and hard plastic form, keeping track of expiring licenses, and storing the documentation needed for OSHA and in-house safety audits has always been a difficult thing for companies to do. And when it comes time to show documentation to OSHA and prevent hefty fines, the information can be difficult to find or even nonexistent.

With the Forklift University Operator Licensing App, qualified trainers can issue a digital operator license immediately after class. The licenses are custom for their company, have the operator's name, picture, equipment authorizations, and all other required information. But there is more, this license processing service also comes with a digital documents upload service, which means that all documentation from rosters to tests to evaluation forms, basically paper materials that you use as a part of the training can be uploaded and recalled 24/7/365, thereby eliminating paper retrieval in stressful times of OSHA or Safety Department audits.

The app is free, but each license costs 20.00 but it includes upload storage for every license you process. For those that need custom licenses outside the scope of the PIT or MEWP equipment designations, special arraignments can be made for fall protection, and any other safety or equipment license processing needs your company may need.
