One of the worst apps on the store. I have the security feature enabled which gives you a notification when a door is opened on your vehicle, which is good if it works. The problem is the time you receive the notification, which is 4 plus hours after the door opening and that's on a good day sometimes it over 12hrs after the door opening. Also I am currently on a train and the app thinks I am in my ford 🤔A good try but needs a lot of work to make it worth while

Like many other reviewers, I find this app totally useless. Gets stuck on blue circle "loading" most times I tap any item and requires unloading app and restart. Also says "Your activation will be completed once an authorised user approves your request" and it's been that way for days. I've managed to set my preferred dealer but it took three attempts and restarts. I can't believe how bad the app is. Just can't see the point of having the app. I hope my new vehicle will be more reliable!

This app was good. Until they put the option of Securialert into the app. I get notified over 24 hours after a door was opened. It's not fit for purpose. I've just had 98 notifications come through stating my driver's side door has been opened but it hasn't been for 24 hours! That almost a week's worth of notification in 35 minutes!!!!!

Hit and miss!! When it works, about 60% of the time, it is OK. Doesn't record all journeys, phone always connects to SYNC but app doesn't always start, switching BT on and off makes no difference. Uninstall and reinstalling makes no difference either. Been using since Jan and getting fed up with it being so inconsistent. Only really use now to check oil life but again, getting that info is hit and miss.

This app has raised my stress levels through the roof. Had me outside a 4.50am this morning checking my car as I'd had about 19 alerts that my door and tailgate had been opened. Also get random notifications of "journey in progress", when I'm sat chilling in the house. It has some good features, but is so unreliable, it's pointless. Fix these bugs ASAP.

Generally good app, but very annoying when it tells you 2 days later that doors or tailgate have been opened, just tonight shockingly had 111 yes 111 notifications of doors and tailgate opening, when id not even been out in the car, resorted in me checking my neighbour's cctv just to make sure nothing had happened without me knowing. Notifications need to be instant at all times, not days later!
