Worthless app. Poor UI. I think it's just a web portal. Looks like an app from 10 years ago, difficult to customize order. No option for thin crust? Must type in special instructions. Coupons don't work. Shows $8.99 XL pizza party pack but after you add it to cart it changes to $10.99 each even with no toppings. Ended up calling in my order and giving up on bonus points. Waste of time. If I didn't l live 2 blocks away from one, I would never order here. Domino's is cheaper & better & app works!

The app itself is cool, i received the free pizza coupon right away and applied it to my order. i went to pick up my pizza, which took a little bit because my car is down and i had to catch the bus. When i arrived I was told i took too long and they threw my pizza away.... they claimed it took three hours for me to get to the store which was completely false and additionally Im 99.9% sure they wouldn't have wasted their own money that way. The custom service is horrendous, its def declining.

Suggestion: Show prices for ALL menu items before adding to cart. It's a pain to have to add an item to the cart just to check a price. ordering takes too long....GrubHub is easier.

Once you use the app, logging back in, the app hangs. I found I had to uninstall and then reinstall. It also seemed to remember my credentials. I believe it has some security issues.

Love the pizza! Not the app. Frustrating and not very user friendly. Staff at Lexington Park, MD is very helpful and friendly.

this app is just as bad as the website. create an order and can't check out because it keeps saying your order is not complete.
