Basically, this app just tells you when to throw away old food and how to keep clean. All common sense for anyone who reads dates and packaging. What the app doesn't tell you about is anything in the food that makes it not safe. Things like additives, preservatives, GMOs, and chemicals use in food storage and manufacture. That is the info I want from a safe food app.

Downloaded for the time to toss section but it is missing a lot of basic fruits and veggies. Not as many tips on how to store as I wanted. Rather just Google info as needed.
