Useless app. I live in a semi-rural area therefore there are no FLM stores within a 30km radius from my home. Since the app seems to rely solely on automatic location and I can't input it manually, I basically have a completely blank, and utterly useless app. Uninstalling.

Limited to no functionality. There are buttons but no content?? No way to even view the nearest store, which should be basic. There are also no way to use the app for shopping, but only as a payment app. Would be quicker just to get my card out of the wallet and pay than use the app.

Can't get past the otp. I receive it, but it's not validating. Update: reopening the app goes through, rating updated to 2, because I can't search for closest stores, it only searches bh current location.

With my very first use of the application I scanned the QR code and received success and the money was deducted from my credit card. The store didn't receive any confirmation though and after 30 minutes of speaking to various supervisors I had to pay, again, with my credit card. I was also advised that if the first transaction wasn't reversed, I would have to return to the store with my bank statements to claim a refund. Not a great first experience.

I downloaded the app, selected willowbridge as my closet store but unable to shop. Are we only allowed to shop deals when available? Because I know there are deals happening and I can't shop at all. This is frustrating.
