I prefer Waitr over DoorDash almost every time (unless a restaurant I want isn’t on Waitr) and the food gets to us hot and the drivers are super nice! It’s not perfect 100% of the time, but when there’s a mistake it’s usually on the restaurant’s part and Waitr will always make it right, be that a refund or they’ll offer to re-deliver. The customer service is really helpful and I know some people complain about the chat times but I’ve never had to wait more than 30sec

This app is just a trash. I used buy through this app most of the time and all of a sudden it shows there is no service my area. And my place is just 5 kms from thrissur town. And still they stopped service to this area. Then whom are they gonna do service to ? The house next door🥴🥴.

Very happy with this app. I've used it a handful of times & haven't been disappointed. The real time wallet refund and Instant bank refund method also a massive help with any cancellation process! 👌

Very poor experience from food which they delivered. It's not been cooked properly. When I just try to report this issue to food diyo no representatives are available. Poor service. Never recommending this app.

After we registered in this app. There is a pop-up coming about with a new user code. Then We can't close that pop-up. So we stuck there. We can't do anything in that. I don't know what's the use of this app.
