I ordered from a restaurant with a 30min estimated delivery time. 40 minutes later I got a notification saying order declined because the restaurant was too busy/item not available. If the restaurant needs to decline an order, that's OK. The 40 minute delay is the problem.

there is no way to communicate with the driver.. online chat always offline.. lack of standby driver.. my meal ready at 14.53 but still not picked up by driver 35 minutes later.. cannot cancel order once the meal is ready.. GPS tracker is so bad.. need over 1 hour for 1 meal to arrived even when my home is less than 1km distance with the restaurant.. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
