Fraud and Worst cx service ever. They never accept their app has bugs. They charge more than what's shown on the app. They are unable to refund even if you cancel the order immediately on realizing that you have been charged more than what's advertised. Can't trust them with our card details.

I just downloaded this app and I could see right away - lots of things to be fixed on the uiux of the app. It never prompted to create an account, and even when it had my location it shows places from far away. Delivery estimates aren't right either. Nothing shows up when I search. The app didn't gain my trust enough for me to place an order. Yet it has some good things - a variety of food I haven't seen on any other apps! I really like it, but I am going to wait on app updates before I order.

Just avoid it! The discounted price are actually the real worth of the order. Because the food quantity most of the time is reduced. Also I ordered once at 945 pm and no response till 12 pm. No customer service no chats no emails. Some unprofessional people running this. Disaster!

My favorite ordering apps! I have been trying order food online for a couple of years, to be honest, Facedrive Foods is my favorite food delivery service! It delivers fast and accurately most of the time, if something happened that might delay the arrival time, they would notify me as soon as possible.

Not a good app ordered at it and won't order again. I was given the wrong food with a lower price and not helped to get the difference nothing was done at all,I was asked for the picture of the food with the receipt as requested and was submitted ,a reply was sent to me saying the restaurant sent the right food but it was not ,DISHONEST .Bad service very disappointed,very slow delivery too.I won't be surprised this app will be gone in near future .Uber till date is the best for food delivery.

Perfect balance of flavours and the irresistible bread (even added an extra order of it knowing how good it was...). Love how they change the menu every week so will most definitely be back again soon as long as they offer this. Pick up was seamless... in and out in 15 seconds.
