I just installed this and had a first try. it's convenient and good idea BUT this app doesn't show you the tickets you got from the queues. I searched multiple times. so you need to screen cap after you get your ticket and if need to search for your restaurant and click to get the ticket to check the status. which is extremely inconvenient. I hope it's just me not knowing how to locate this expected and common feature.

do not try the take away function. if the order has sold out, it is no refund, no notice. and the app cannot help. the hotline will only tell you, the restaurant do not allow the refund, we cannot help and control, but I paid for you. you only earn the money, but no responsibility. it is better to directly order to restaurant. Gulu even asked the restaurant to call 4 times in 1 hr to push me to accept no fund is correct.

Despite previous similar comments, the system still allows the restaurant to call the tickets too fast. It passed 10 tickets almost immediately. So basically the notification for 5-10 tickets ahead is useless. The restaurant allowed no flexibility and asked us to queue up all over again even if we arrived within 3 min. I would suggest either to restrict the restaurant from calling the number too soon or adding a rule for allowance of a specific time frame e.g. 5 min.

it always ask for confirmation. if missing, it treated as forgive. and, the queue sometimes goes very fast and the user is easy to overlook. in fact, no need to answer such stupid question. the user should be preferable to keep on going in the queue. please consider to eliminate that button or the question. thanks.

I have installed the apps for several times this morning in my Samsung Note 10 cell phone, the main page was all black after I opened the apps after installation completion each time. Please advise how I can fix it. (Recrived the feedback from Gulu CS Team and they has helped to fix my problem already. Thanks so much!)

After update, I couldnt register or login using my phone #. After making the verification call, it answers saying login failed. I'm using note 9. And it wouldn't let me view the restaurants I saved because I cant login, or my tickets.
