My return flight home was unavailable. When I contacted support they said it was but clearly on the app it stated no flights were available for me to travel back home. It's a scary and non practical way of flying if this service leaves you abandoned in a location. I'm not sure if this app is good for casual or business flyers who like being left in the middle of nowhere with no way to return home!

If you fly a lot and like to go spontaneously, this is one of your best options. If you are in a situation where you can use this, it's amazing. Took one star away because it's not pregnancy/newborn friendly. If there are times you cannot fly due to issuess beyond your control and need to suspend for a while, you will be hit with fees. You get charged $15 a month for paused subscriptions and a $99 reactivation fee. Instead of a welcome to back you when you are able to fly again you get a fine.

I'm not sure if it's because of the one ui from Samsung or what but this app is now completely unusable. I've tried redownloading and everything.

Great customer service but you will never be able to find flights on the weekends... To crappy places yes but to good ones never. I will probably cancel my subscription soon.
