Very non comparative staff bad services Is this possible before 45 minutes get the boarding pass and you are at the the gate of entry before 14 minutes and they said closed ..they left you at airport ..???? I called the customer centre they said call helpline ...and by helpline they said this mistake of airport staff .its eid vacation and flynas ruined our eid... Tell me why this behave ...I already contact by messenger also no ans by anywhere ...and now you will not compensate our loss why ??

Worst app. I was about to miss my flight because of this app. I wanted to change my flight. After the first change, app shows my flight status as "confirmed", but was unable to check in and gives the error as "payment not done". Then I have to browse through the browser to check-in.

I booked a flight with flynas from lahore to Saudi Arabia one month before departure. I tried to cancel my flight 10 days before departure due to covid vaccination restrictions . However I couldn't cancel it from app. There was some error in cancellation. I tried calling their helpline number but it wasn't responded. I sent 3 emails to their customer service but none was answered. I couldn't refund or reschedule my flight due to their poorest possible service. I wish I could rate it ZERO STAR.

Not functioning well..showing (app closed)many times even on the day if travelling which highly needed. Also showing many times for hours that the bookin not founded.. Really you need to revist this app.

I can't cancel my booking worst app useless even we can't cancel the booking in flynas website once we book we lost our money stupid services. Many times sended mails no responses they cheating customers.
