Booked ticket via Easemytrip and now they and Fly Dubai is playing without refund blaming each other to be the contact point. Not responding to mails or calls and is not even giving the refund.

I purchased a ticket last year and the flight was cancelled. FlyDubai refused to refund my money back. I paid the money to get a certain service at a certain time which did not happen. Logically my money shall be refunded.
