Can not sign up because it is telling me my expiration date isn't valid. This might be a scam, the app might be trying to pull card data so that they can get money from you, and by putting up the error, they try to get you to put multiple cards in to make the scam more effective. Either that, or they've released an app with a hilarious bug that prevents users from signing up. Either way, do you really trust these people with your card details?

Completely unusable. I've tried signing up with 3 different cards, each one came back with the error "please enter a valid expiry date". There is no phone number to reach out for help either

Wont allow me to use the app. I try to put a card in and it says "please enter valid expiry date". The date is correct and I tried 3 different cards. Uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail.

I think the scooters are a great way to get around campus practically and also a lot of fun! The customer service is very accessible as well!
