The app is unstable, you are unable to choose some activities in order to complete them so that you may unlock other rewards. The discounts that you apparently to get for purchases are not there when you actually go and purchase even when you're on the level/tier that it promises such discounts.

I deleted this app learning that the main purpose I've been working towards (saving on electricity) has now been revoked. Every time I get close to my rewards you change the ball game. Now this is just another useless shopping app like thousands before it.

This app was awesome when it started. Up to 30 and 40 percent discount on electricity. As it grew the app deteriorated with its rewards. It is now more difficult to obtain high electricity discounts. All I get now is 5%. The rest of the rewards are either useless or available for a limited time meaning you will never never get decent rewards. Your landlord joining is a necessity plus they must pay a fee. This app has lost all appeal. It makes more sense to buy electricity at PnP with cashback

I upgraded to a new phone and everything is gone. I can't buy electricity, airtime nothing. As soon as I go into deals I get an orange screen and that's it. Would have loved to give this app a 1/2 star. It's a waste of time. #Furious 😡

Amazing at first. Then disappointing. First started with flow when it came out. It was a life saver honestly their discounts where amazing and it helped us so much. They have since updated the way they allocate discounts. Your landlord needs to sign up for pro to even get a discount meaning i need to convince my landlord to spend money to give me a discount. Sad the app had to go that way. Uninstalled it and i won't be recommending it anymore to be honest. Its a waste of time... Just in response to Flow Livings comment to my comment. I did everything I could on the app last month and could only reach level 2. Here is the list of things I did in June. The progress bar is full and yet I am still on level 2... - User flow market place X 3 times because I cant do the last one without being level 4. - Complete my registration - Add lease details - Connect my landlord - Invite my tenant friends - Insurance check in - Pay rent on time - Rate your rental experience The only things left to do are the ones that cost money. I did 7 out of the 11 tasks and I am only at level 2 which gives me no benefits other then the 3 flow market place items that give a tiny discount. The way the app was set up before was that it was easy to get to at least level 3 and then work your way up to level 4. I use to get 15% off my electricity purchases through the app on level 3... Now I can only get 5% off on level 4 after spending a ton of money on purchasing the items I use to get 15% discount on...

I honestly think most of the people who started with the app is currently rating it low. Which I highly understand. At first it was easy to get 30% discount on electricity and now it's a whole mission. I've mentioned it before to one of the devs (who I actually think, needs more customer service skills) and I'll say it again the app is altered in order for us not to get 30% discount without the landlord subscription.
