Very ordinary. Only shows a portion of my local map. Shows a lot of warning markers where floods are happening, but you can't tell where the towns are as the map doesn't show. My husband and I had the same phone, got the app at the same time. He recently updated his phone to a S20+ and the app doesn’t work on his new phone. I noticed the app hadn't been updated since 2019. It would be very helpful if the app was working properly during the March 2021 NSW flood crisis.

Good app last year when I originally loaded it - no problems loading, gave correct location, etc. After an issue with my phone, I had to clear all apps and reinstall. Now the app does not work. Same problem as others: cannot Log on, cannot load maps. I haven't altered phone settings so I can only assume there has been an update that has caused these issues. Prior to this, I would have given it 4 stars. Now 0 if I could.

App does not load maps. Floods near me website can not determine location or load Google maps correctly. Map returns "for development purposes only" overlaid. This app and website is useless. From a development POV, it is not that hard to allocate default markers associated with live data sources - so why is map loading even an issue? Did someone forget to change their developer API to the live API? Is this a budget issue? This is a resource that can save lives and needs to be fixed ASAP.

Doesn't load properly. Get a message it can't load Google Maps. Asks for log in but doesn't process it. Waste of time. Don't rely on it during floods. Use a reliable source of information.

Had to take it off and reinstall. Now it doesn't matter what settings i have all i have is a picture like a grid with dots. Very unhappy as living in the country we relied on this app Have tried and tried again. This app is now rubbish. What happened as was very useful especially coming into winter
