I put in my bank info, setup for delivery service and have left the app open until my phones battery drains, waiting for even one job to appear in the Boulder area. None in a week. After sending an email to their customer service help email, I have received nothing in 3 business days. Beyond this app seeming to be nothing at all, there seems to be absolutely no way to change your service type or to add more than one type of service offered. I selected delivery out of various jobs I could do, and have seen no help online and no options to simply change job types. Deleting this sad app immediately, and if you use my bank info for anything whatsoever, we'll see you in small claims court. Helpful hint - dont take peoples bank account information if you dont have your service properly setup and a functioning customer service.
