updated app slows opening by at least ten times! I am very unhappy. It keeps prompting me to approve a firmware update, I agree, and later it asks again. Never ending loop. What the heck? Please fix it all! Update: I even emailed company help desk and got no reply. App keeps asking repeatedly if I want to update firmware. I say yes and it is a never ending issue. We need a second system for our vacation home and it will not be this brand. I am SO FRUSTRATED!

A couple of updates ago the live view slowed from a couple seconds to connect to well over 10 seconds. This update stated it would improve connection speed. This update is just as slow to connect as the previous update still well over 10 seconds. Why can't you get the app back to the connection speed you used to have which was only a couple of seconds for live view like it was on Rev 2.1.12

This app annoys me everytime I open it. Everytime I go to "playback" It say "no record" . The settings always change by them selves. Most times I want to view from work or when I am just not home. It says failed to connect.
