About this app

Flex IEmploy is one part of a two app employment solution. Flex IEmploy is for people seeking staff. The other app is Flex IWork. Employers enter jobs (into Flex IEmploy). The jobs are immediately broadcast to all Flex IWork users [workers] who have indicated that they carry out that type of work. Workers can view jobs, contact employers see the location of the job on the map get full directions and train times and apply for the jobs.

Employers view the applicants, their details experience and qualifications. The employer selects the prefered applicant and the job is placed on the applicant / workers calendar.

Flex IWork is aimed at but not limited to the casual worker. It allows employers to find, contact and hire staff directly, eliminating agency fees. The solution enables employers to fill vacancies at very short notice.

The apps are in beta / first release and as such are currently free of charge. We anticipate a quick succession of updates bringing fixes and new features. Please bear with us....
